At PSA, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PSA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your sports equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
